Because our products are small-batch, custom-designed, and limited edition, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or mistakes at checkout (e.g., incorrect address provided).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at celebratedgiftshop@gmail.com. We will happily send a replacement or issue store credit.
