4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept payment methods provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on shipping providers.

We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-designed and small-batch, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or mistakes at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at celebratedgiftshop@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, text, graphics, and photography, is the property of Celebrated and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebrated is not liable for any damages beyond the cost of the product purchased. Use of our products is at your own risk.
